About Us
Aaron Sierra began exploring Southwest flavors and pit-smoked BBQ in a small town North of Phoenix over 20 years ago. As he worked to hone his recipes, he developed a reputation for feeding his family, his friends, and even the community in order to validate his craft. While his ribs, brisket, and pulled pork were always a hit, it was his chili that everyone was asking for more of.
Aaron won his first community chili competition in 2008, beating out 65 other contestants. Since then, he has competed and placed first in a handful of other community contests. While winning was always fun, Aaron's real passion was to simply see others enjoying his food.
Today, Aaron and his son, Christian, are serving up Sierra Ranch Chili in a variety of unique dishes that showcase the flavors of the American Southwest!
